Michael Reardon is a veteran executive of the water industry. As a founder of United States Filter Corporation, he contributed to the best known growth story in water, acquiring over 300 companies, and growing to over $5.5 billion in revenues as a Fortune 300 company. He went on to lead Culligan and Everpure as President. He later founded Triwater Holdings, a company he led as Chairman and CEO to successful value creation across three strategic sectors of the water industry.

Steve Kloos is a Partner with True North Venture Partners, a Chicago-based firm that invests in early stage disruptive innovations in cleantech and supports those companies on their journey to transform and lead global industries over time. At True North, Steve focuses on identifying technology trends and market needs, sourcing and leading investment opportunities, assisting portfolio companies, and helping with firm management. Prior to joining True North, Steve worked in various R&D roles at General Electric in the US and Asia. Steve holds a PhD in Chemistry from North Dakota State University.
John is a Partner of Mazarine Ventures, an early-stage seed / venture capital and advisory firm focused on high-growth technology companies addressing challenges in water and wastewater. Mazarine is building a portfolio of companies whose innovations are rooted in chemistry, data science, material science, and microbiology, and have commercially-proven offerings for customers in the built environment, industry, agriculture, and utilities. Prior to co-founding Mazarine Ventures John ran Mandarin Environment, a water/wastewater-sector strategy and operations consultancy. Prior to Mandarin, John spent several years in Deloitte's Consulting and other consultancies. John serves as a board member of The Wetlands Initiative.

COTE Membrane Separation Ltd.
Dr. Pierre Côté studied Civil Engineering at l’Ecole Polytechnique (Montreal) and McMaster University (Hamilton). Dr Côté is the principal inventor of the ZeeWeed® membrane, one of the most successful membrane for large scale water and wastewater treatment. Over the 30 years of his R&D career, Dr. Côté has obtained more than 100 patents. In 2000, he won the $100,000 Manning Principal Award for the ZeeWeed® technology; the award was shared with co-workers and all Zenon employees. Dr. Côté currently works as a technical advisor with a number of companies in water treatment.
True North Venture Partners
Dev is a technical advisor for Current's Demonstration Program. At True North Venture Partners, Dev leads the creation and use of proprietary techno-economic and manufacturing models for assessing technical innovations with market opportunities. He also identifies early investment opportunities and assists portfolio companies by providing interim engineering support and advice.
Greeley and Hansen
Kam is an associate and senior project manager at Greeley and Hansen, LLC. She has over 22 years of experience in all aspects of water resource recovery facilities from facility planning, process modeling to process design, with a focus on nutrient removal and recovery. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Aquamark Technology Partners
Rafael is a co-founder of several cleantech and biotech companies and is currently President of Aquamark Technology Partners, a consulting firm he founded to provide technical services to water and waste-to-value companies and investors. Previously, he was a Partner at VantagePoint Capital Partners, a leading silicon valley cleantech VC firm where he led their water investment practice. He also served as a senior manager at ZENON Environmental, including five years as Chief Operating Officer until its acquisition by GE. Prior to joining ZENON, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. specializing in developing corporate growth strategies. Over the past decade, Rafael has served on over a dozen cleantech and biotech boards. He received a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Mineral Engineering from UC Berkeley.
Argonne National Laboratory
May is a principal environmental system analyst at Argonne National Laboratory, a member of the Water Initiative at Argonne, and the Principal Investigator of a multi-year water analysis project supported by the U.S. Department of Energy. Her research focuses on water use, water quality and water resource availability as related to the development of conventional and renewable energy.
Todd is a creative, driven, future-facing executive, with a passion for creating a sustainable world and 25 years of experience in management and technology consulting and business building. In addition to serving as CEO of Green Diamond, Todd serves as Director on the Board of the World Future Society, and enjoys the privilege of being invited to speak at events around the world. He also holds Global Reporting Initiative, Carbon Disclosure Project, and other specialized credentials. Prior to Green Diamond, Todd served as Director, COO, and CFO of CadenceQuest, Inc., a firm he founded to bring “business intelligence” (BI) to the forefront of performance and risk management. Chris is a passionate, driven water leader, and is the founder and CEO of Waterly, an Illinois-based early stage startup focused on improving water production reliability by simplifying life for operators. He also runs his own consulting practice, C2Wise Consulting, where he helps forward thinking utilities thoughtfully and practically apply technology. Chris has served on various corporate, volunteer, and charity boards and has trained other aspiring leaders on servant-leader boardsmanship. When he’s not working, he is either volunteering in his community, actively mentoring younger aspiring leaders, or spending time with his family and friends, where they know they can usually find him in his garden or garage working on a motorcycle or tinkering with something that’s not quite ready to be thrown away.
